Unique Modular Buildings started manufacturing portable buildings in Melbourne in 1994 under the original name of All Purpose Portable Buildings. The company grew rapidly as an outsource supplier to the industry, then later offered it's growing expertise direct to end customers as Baires Contracting, now trading under the more easily recognised name of Unique Modular Buildings. Unique Modular Buildings is wholly Australian owned with a permanent manufacturing facility and headquarters north of Melbourne, and is committed to maintaining a long term presence in the area with the support of their dedicated and experienced staff. |

The owner managers and key players in the permanent staff bring a wealth of industry experience, several with over 20 years relevant experience. This depth of experience in a well established yet relatively young company, brings a good balance between maturity and a fresh and enthusiastic spirit.
