This attractive and easy to assemble building has been designed by Pluscreate who commissioned its manufacture to Unique Modular Buildings.

The Transportable Space 1 (TS1) is a new Australian designed and made modular kit room. The TS1 kit room 3.5 x 3.5 meters was designed and developed by Pluscreate, an Australian design collective where key design industries and corporate partners work together to create a final product.

The innovative steel skeleton structure, made from Smorgon Steel’s Light Steel Beam product range, is made up of 21 individual components that combine to form an extremely strong supporting structure. Prefabricated panels, louvers and roofing system are then attached to the main frame to form the final TS1 kit room.

It functions either as a stand-alone unit or it can be seamlessly joined together with additional TS1 modules to create endless varieties of configurations and sizes.

The portable building system is designed to be delivered flat packed and assembled in one day without the use of trades people or heavy lifting equipment.
